Ground Staff Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Assist passengers at the airport, helping with check-in, boarding, and providing necessary information to enhance their travel experience.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure the safe loading and unloading of luggage onto the aircraft, maintaining organized baggage areas and assisting passengers with their baggage inquiries.

3. **Operational Support**: Work closely with other team members to maintain operational efficiency, including monitoring flight schedules and assisting with ground operations.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring all tasks are performed in a secure manner, prioritizing the safety of passengers and staff.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade and be willing to work full-time in an office setting. Although previous experience is not mandatory, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Effective communication skills are crucial to interact with passengers and team members clearly. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued in this role, as they contribute greatly to maintaining a smooth operation.
