Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff in Guntur, India. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are ready to embark on a rewarding career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Assist passengers with check-in procedures and provide information about flights. Ensure a pleasant experience for all travelers by addressing their queries promptly.

2. **Ticketing and Reservations**: Help manage ticket sales and answer questions regarding flight schedules. Support passengers with reservation changes and cancellations accurately.

3. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure that luggage is properly tagged and loaded into the aircraft. Monitor baggage claim areas to help passengers retrieve their belongings safely.

4. **Safety Procedures**: Follow established safety protocols during boarding and disembarkation. Assist in any emergency situations by staying calm and alert.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient service.

Required Skills and Expectations:
