4. **Safety Regulations**: Adhere to safety and security protocols, conducting routine checks to maintain a secure environment for both passengers and staff.

5. **Communication**: Liaise with various departments to coordinate flight schedules and ensure timely updates are provided to passengers regarding delays or changes.
