Job Description

- Responsible for booking flights, issuing tickets, and resolving any booking issues for customers. This includes providing information on flight schedules, availability, and fares.

- Ensuring accuracy in data entry while maintaining customer records and information up to date.

- Checking passports and tickets to verify customer information and ensure compliance with airline regulations.

- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

- Collaborating with the ground staff to ensure smooth boarding processes and assist passengers with check-in procedures.

Skills and Expectations:

- Proficiency in data entry and computer operations to maintain accurate records and process bookings efficiently.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist customers and address their concerns.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in ticketing processes.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules and customer needs.
