key responsibilities:

1. computer operator: inputting passenger information, flight details, and processing reservations accurately.

2. data entry: updating and maintaining passenger records and flight information in the system.

3. passport checking: verifying passengers' identification and travel documents before boarding.

4. ticket checking staff: ensuring the accuracy of tickets, issuing boarding passes, and managing seat assignments.

5. ticketing executive: handling ticket sales, changes, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.

6. customer care: providing excellent customer service by addressing passenger queries and concerns promptly.

7. air hostess/ground staff: assisting passengers with boarding, deplaning, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

8. hard working: ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to airline regulations and protocols.

9. human resource: interacting with passengers respectfully, maintaining professionalism, and promoting a positive image for the airline.
