* check in passengers and handle baggage processing.

* assist passengers with reservations, ticket sales, and seating arrangements.

* support and assist disabled passengers and those traveling with small children.

* provide up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, delays, weather conditions, and airport facilities.

* ensure the cleanliness and preparation of the aircraft, including stocking refreshments.

* collaborate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth boarding and departure processes.

* adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of passenger service at all times.
