### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic **ground staff** to manage administrative tasks and deliver excellent customer service to passengers. The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their airport journey. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, check-ins, and luggage handling and providing timely information regarding flights and airport services.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Welcome and greet passengers at the airport and provide exceptional assistance.

* Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and resolve their concerns effectively.

* Check in passengers and handle baggage processing.

* Assist passengers with reservations, ticket sales, and seating arrangements.

* Support and assist disabled passengers and those traveling with small children.

* Provide up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, delays, weather conditions, and airport facilities.

* Ensure the cleanliness and preparation of the aircraft, including stocking refreshments.

* Collaborate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth boarding and departure processes.

* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of passenger service at all times.

### **Requirements:**

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Strong customer service orientation.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

* Prior experience in a customer service or airport role is preferred but not mandatory.

* Basic computer proficiency for reservations and check-in systems.
