Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional assistance to passengers at the airport, including check-in, baggage handling, and guidance to various services.

2. **Ticketing and Boarding**: Ensure accurate ticketing procedures and assist with boarding processes, checking for valid documents and luggage compliance.

3. **Luggage Handling**: Manage baggage of passengers, ensuring it is loaded and unloaded promptly and safely.

4. **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety and security regulations, ensuring that protocols are followed during all ground operations.
