Hiring Fresher / Ground Hostess / 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Greet passengers warmly, provide information about flights, and assist them with check-in and boarding processes.

2. Issue Resolution: Address any passenger concerns or complaints calmly and efficiently to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

3. Coordination: Work closely with other team members and airport staff to effectively manage passenger flow and maintain safety protocols.

4. Reporting: Keep accurate records of passengers, flights, and any irregularities. Report these to supervisors as needed.

5. Safety Awareness: Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed and report any safety issues to management promptly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with diverse travelers. A friendly attitude and professional appearance are important in creating a welcoming environment. Attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure are crucial. Though prior experience in customer service is a plus, it is not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
