We are looking for a Ground Hostess to join our team in Behala, Kolkata. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. As a Ground Hostess, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to passengers and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers at the airport with their check-in process, guiding them through security and boarding procedures to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

2. **Information Support**: Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries, helping passengers feel informed and secure.

3. **Problem Solving**: Address any passenger issues or complaints with a calm and professional approach, working to find quick and effective solutions.

4. **Coordination with Staff**: Collaborate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, making them approachable and helpful. The ability to think quickly and solve problems is essential, as is the capability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
