Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries. Provide helpful information and address any concerns to enhance their travel experience.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage. Ensure that all luggage is correctly tagged and handled securely to prevent loss or damage.

4. **Flight Coordination**: Collaborate with the airline team to provide updates on flight status. Communicate any changes to passengers promptly to ensure they are well-informed.
