Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise all construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Manage and lead a team of construction professionals and laborers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, delegating tasks and ensuring proper coordination.
3. Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Create detailed plans for construction projects, including cost estimates and deadlines.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Implement safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in construction project management, with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with external stakeholders.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
5. Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
6. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
