We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations during the night shift or rotational shifts. The ideal candidate should be presentable, courteous, and capable of handling guest interactions, reservations, and basic operational coordination with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
Manage night audit activities and daily closing reports (for night shift)
Attend to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly
Handle walk-in guests, phone calls, and online bookings
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
Maintain front desk records, billing, and payment collection
Ensure accurate guest data entry and shift handover reporting
Uphold hotel standards, policies, and service quality at all times.
Shift Details
Primary: Night Shift
Alternative: Rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per roster
Willingness to work weekends and holidays is required
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
13 years of experience in hotel front office operations (freshers may apply if trained)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of PMS / hotel software
Presentable personality with a guest-first attitude
Ability to handle responsibilities independently during night shifts
