 Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
 Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
 Handling office Administration Activities.

 Should be responsible for calling, handling reception calls, filing work, attendance and other administrative work.
 To handle the tasks of routing outgoing and Incoming Telephone calls to the particular Extensions.
 Responsible for answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages and greeting callers
 Managing all office facilities and related administration work.
 Responsible for distributing regular mail and other material along
with maintaining the co-ordination among internal as well as external
departments of the organization.
 Responsible for ordering, managing office supplies and for maintaining inventory.
 Responsible for supervising and updating office staff regarding procedures, policies or any update.
 Responsible for organizing conferences/meetings.
