role summary : franchise sales manager/head - ed tech vertical; will be responsible for: planning and managing the franchising business of the company, offering continuous support to franchisees, ensuring the overall success of the franchisor as well as that of the franchisee.

duties & responsibilities : - developing franchisee partners and expand the business.

- identifying and on boarding potential franchisee partners through various sources in line with our expansion plan.

- present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchisee agreement .

- be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.

- responsible for franchise management ,target achievement , resource planning

- plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.

- work closely with the management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.

-finalize the project for each franchise and guide/explain roi to them, helping out the franchise-owner to understand the new business work module.
