Franchise Growth Executive

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support franchise outlets for smooth operations.

Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Communicate with franchisees and internal teams for issue resolution.

Track reports, maintain data, and assist in growth initiatives.

Support marketing, supply, and operational activities as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Good teamwork, problem-solving, and accountability.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Graduate in Business/Commerce or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
