Job Description

Job Summary:

The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the establishment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling inventory and costs, and maintaining the high standards of hygiene and safety. The F&B Manager will work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to create a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient service and satisfactory guest experiences.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for F&B operations.

- Menu Development:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to design, update, and standardize menus based on current trends, seasonal availability, and guest preferences.

- Conduct regular reviews of menu items and pricing to maximize profitability.

- Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff, monitoring performance, and responding to guest feedback promptly.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer satisfaction.

- Staff Management:

- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to employees.

Inventory Control:

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure supplies are readily available.

Conduct regular inventory checks and adjust purchasing as necessary.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.

Conduct regular inspections of F&B operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
