Key Responsibilities ---------------------

Supervise and manage the workshop floor, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are

carried out efficiently and effectively.

Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure that they are completed

within the specified 8 me frame.

Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, with an

emphasis on quality control and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles, including parts and labour

costs.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety

regulations.

Liaoning with customers regarding their vehicles, providing updates on progress and

ensuring that any issues are resolved in a smelly manner.

Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the workshop

is well-stocked and well-organised.

Identify areas of improvement within the workshop, and implement changes where

necessary to improve efficiency and productivity

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

* Experience in a commercial vehicle dealership from Tata Motors. Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and their systems.

Excellent supervisory and 8 me management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with

customers and stall at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
