key responsibilities ---------------------

• supervise and manage the workshop floor, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are

carried out efficiently and effectively.

• monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure that they are completed

within the specified 8 me frame.

• ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, with an

emphasis on quality control and customer satisfaction.

• maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles, including parts and labour

costs.

• maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety

regulations.

• liaoning with customers regarding their vehicles, providing updates on progress and

ensuring that any issues are resolved in a smelly manner.

• manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the workshop

• is well-stocked and well-organised.

• identify areas of improvement within the workshop, and implement changes where

necessary to improve efficiency and productivity

bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

* experience in a commercial vehicle dealership from tata motors.• strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and their systems.

• excellent supervisory and 8 me management skills.• good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with

customers and stall at all levels. strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
