Job Description

job title: floor manager – electronics retail showroom (mobiles, laptops & accessories)

job overview:

the floor manager will oversee the daily functioning of the retail floor, ensure high customer satisfaction, manage staff performance, and drive sales growth. this role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and customer-handling skills.

supervise showroom staff and assign daily tasks

key responsibilities:

-maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and cleanliness

-handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations

-achieve monthly sales targets and monitor team performance

-ensure demo devices are functional and updated

-coordinate with inventory team for stock replenishment

-maintain billing accuracy and oversee cash handling

-train team on product features and sales techniques

requirements:

-bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory

-2–5 years of retail experience (electronics preferred)

-strong communication & leadership skills

-knowledge of smartphones, laptops & accessories

-ability to work in fast-paced retail environment;
