Job Title: Floor Manager Electronics Retail Showroom (Mobiles, Laptops & Accessories)Job Overview:The Floor Manager will oversee the daily functioning of the retail floor, ensure high customer satisfaction, manage staff performance, and drive sales growth. Ideal candidates will possess:Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering, and micro-soldering.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and great communication skills.Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail electronics environment is highly advantageous. A history of successful repairs on a diverse range of mobile brands and models is a plus.
