Flight Operator - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Flight Operator to join our team in Giridih, India. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade.

As a Flight Operator, your main responsibility will be to manage flight operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks. You will monitor flight schedules and assist with the coordination of take-offs and landings. Clear communication with the flight crew and ground staff is essential to keep all operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring Flight Operations: You will track flights in real-time and ensure that all operational protocols are followed meticulously.

- Communication Coordination: Interact with pilots and ground staff to facilitate seamless communication throughout flights, addressing any issues that may arise.

- Safety Checks: Perform regular checks on equipment and operational tools to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations.

- Reporting: Document all operational activities and report any irregularities to your supervisors promptly.

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills. A basic understanding of flight operations is a plus, though not necessary. You are expected to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, display a commitment to safety, and be a quick learner, absorbing new information as needed.
