Role & Responsibilities
1. Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income
statements
2. Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data
3. Internal controls: Monitoring internal controls to ensure compliance
4. Budgeting: Participating in budgeting processes and preparing budget outlines
5. Financial transactions: Managing financial transactions
6. Risk management: Evaluating and managing risk
7. Audits: Coordinating audit processes and assisting in compliance audits
8. Cash flow: Managing cash flow and minimizing bank balances
9. Financial compliance: Ensuring financial compliance
10. Payroll: Overseeing payroll responsibilities
11. Tax compliance: Monitoring tax compliance issues
12. Any other data preparation as required.
Key Requirements
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in finance alongwith CA
€¢ At least 10 to 12 years of experience as Financial controller
€¢ Good knowledge of MS Office, Zoho (if possible)
€¢ Knowledge of Taxation, Accounting and Finance, Consolidation
€¢ Experience in working for Listed company
€¢ Digital marketing field experience is a must.
€¢ Proficient in advanced Excel
