Experience: 1-3 years preferred.

Qualifications: B-Tech / MBA / BBA / Degree in any discipline

Requirements: Passionate, enthused, and well-presented seasoned individuals with solid sales skills, and the ability to understand computers, software, electronics, and IT-related products are welcome.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales:

-Identify and target potential clients through proactive lead generation and networking.

-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

-Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Marketing:

-Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to expand the customer base.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and sales tools.

-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

-Utilize social media and digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Client Relations:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

-Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.

-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

Reporting:

-Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

-Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and marketing strategies.
