Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to handle onsite service support, technical troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance activities for vehicles/equipment. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing technical issues, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely service support across branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer breakdown and service support calls at field locations

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues efficiently

Perform inspection, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance activities

Coordinate with workshop/service teams for technical support

Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer feedback records

Ensure timely closure of service complaints and breakdown cases

Support customers with technical guidance and product usage

Travel to branch and customer locations whenever required

Follow company safety standards and service procedures

Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles properly
