Role Overview:
We are hiring an outbound B2B field Sales Executive who will work from all over west bengal(from their respective location). The role involves visiting potential leads (retailers, resellers, boutiques, and wholeseller), explaining our product range, building trust, and converting them into regular buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit our buyers and create buyers from his ownself
Pitch our product range and offers confidently in-person
Understand buyer needs and suggest suitable categories
Build strong relationships for repeat orders & long term
Share catalogs, offers, and order processes on WhatsApp
Follow up with buyers
Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
12 years of experience in field sales B2B/B2C selling preferred/freshers
communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (basic English a plus)
Confident, polite, and convincing power
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage knowledge
Must be punctual, organized, and target-driven
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
