Field Sales Manager

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry.

• Knowledge of investment products, with a focus on Pre-IPO investments.

• Experience in selling LIC or mutual fund investment products is a plus.

• Ability to work in a target-based environment and meet sales goals.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
