Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to handle general trade sales in the FMCG sector (chocolates and confectionery). The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, ensuring product visibility, order booking, and expanding the retailer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular market visits to general trade outlets

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper market coverage

Ensure product availability and visibility at the store level

Handle stock and order management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG/general trade sales

Good communication and negotiation skills

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
