Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to handle general trade sales in the FMCG sector (chocolates and confectionery). The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, ensuring product visibility, order booking, and expanding the retailer base.Key Responsibilities:Regular market visits to general trade outletsBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributorsAchieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper market coverageEnsure product availability and visibility at the store levelHandle stock and order managementRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG/general trade salesGood communication and negotiation skillsTwo-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
