### Job Description

* Handle daily field sales activities across urban and rural markets.

* Visit retailers, distributors, and potential customers.

* Generate new leads and develop business in the assigned territory.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

* Collect orders and follow up for payments and stock availability.

* Support promotional and marketing activities.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

* Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.

### Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Field Sales preferred.

* Candidates with field sales experience from other industries can also apply.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

* Good knowledge of the local market.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
