*Roles & Responsibilities:*

€¢ Market engagement with daily Decipline and maintaining code of conduct in the market

€¢ Onboard merchants & promote Paytm products (QR, Soundbox, POS,Business solutions, Cross Sell etc.)

- Educate & drive digital payment adoption

- Meet sales targets & build strong merchant relationships

- Provide Customer support and Ground Assistance to existing customers.

*Requirements:*

- FSE:10th pass (graduate preferred,freshers welcome)

- Sr. FSE: 1-2 yrs in field sales (fintech/telecom/BFSI )

- IGL: 2-4 yrs in Field Sales

- Must have bike, license, smartphone & strong communication skills

- Must have proven track records on sell if from relevant industries.
