Field sales officer
Job summary - The Field Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth and building
strong customer relationships in the assigned territory. This role involves visiting potential
and existing clients, promoting products or services, and identifying opportunities to increase
market share.

Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential
clients; conduct product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs,
provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences; use insights to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management;
track sales performance against targets.
Manage the assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of key accounts and
optimising travel routes to maximise productivity.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to
ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Provide feedback on customer needs and product performance; assist in training
new team members as needed.
