Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and has a strong desire to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Identify and connect with potential clients in the assigned territory to understand their needs and promote our products.

- **Sales Presentation:** Prepare and deliver effective presentations to prospective customers, showcasing how our offerings can meet their requirements.

- **Lead Generation:** Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.

- **Market Research:** Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead.

- **Sales Reporting:** Record daily sales activities and maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions to keep track of leads and sales progress.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and support.

The ideal candidate should be male and possess a strong drive for results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with customers. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently are also essential. While no prior experience is required, a passion for sales and an eagerness to grow in the field will be advantageous. Being organized and ambitious will contribute to your success in this role.
