position overview

we are looking for a dynamic and motivated field sales representative to join our team. the role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits, presentations, and market development activities.

key responsibilities

identify and visit prospective customers in assigned territory.

generate leads through cold calls, references, and networking.

present products/services effectively and conduct demonstrations when required.

negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in crm/reporting tools.

collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

represent the company at trade shows, events, and exhibitions if required.

required qualifications & skills

bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or b2b sales (1–3 years preferred).

strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm tools).
