We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage project sales, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers for residential projects (1, 2 & 3 BHK flats). The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.
Handle customer inquiries from walk-ins, WhatsApp, Facebook/Meta ads, and property portals
Explain project details like layout, pricing, amenities, and location advantages
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Follow up with prospects and convert them into bookings
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
