*Role Summary*
We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Executive with 13 years of experience to drive sales through daily field visits, onboard business owners, and contribute to revenue growth for our GeM & Tender Consultancy services.
The role involves client meetings, service explanation, objection handling, follow-ups, and target achievement.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Lead Generation & Field Visits*
Conduct daily visits to industrial areas, business zones, and markets
Identify potential clients for GeM registration & tender services
Educate business owners about GeM benefits and tender opportunities
Collect and maintain qualified leads with accurate details
*2. Sales Pitch & Client Presentation*
Present company services professionally during meetings
Explain value proposition, ROI, and tender opportunities
Handle objections and customer queries confidently
Support deal closures in coordination with BDM
*3. Follow-Up & Conversion*
Perform regular follow-ups with prospects (calls & WhatsApp)
Share proposals, pitches, and reminders
Convert hot and warm leads into confirmed clients
Update lead and follow-up status in CRM / Google Sheets
*4. Target Achievement*
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Work with a result-oriented and revenue-focused approach
Suggest field-level strategies to improve conversions
*5. Reporting & Coordination*
Maintain daily visit reports and lead sheets
Share sales updates with BDM regularly
Coordinate with backend teams for smooth client onboarding
Escalate client issues promptly for resolution
*Required Skills & Competencies*
13 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Sales
Strong communication skills (Gujarati mandatory, Hindi basic)
Confident in daily client meetings and fieldwork
Good negotiation, convincing, and closing skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools
Two-wheeler required (TA/DA provided)
*Education*
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Sales or field marketing experience mandatory
