We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers in the field.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Market Research:** Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of competitors.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to track progress and inform future strategies.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience, specifically in a field sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively. A proven ability to meet sales targets and a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions are also important. Proficiency in using sales software and tools will be an advantage. As the role is field-based, a valid driver’s license is required.
