Role Summary
We are looking for a confident Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, knocking on doors, and selling high-value HR awards, consulting, and learning solutions.
You will meet HR Heads, CHROs, and Senior Leaders across industries, and help organizations begin their journey toward Best Culture to Work and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) awards.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and connect with companies across the Tri-Cities
Meet and engage with HR Heads and Business Leaders
Present and sell:
Best Culture to Work & Best EVP Awards
Consulting & Training in Innovation, Leadership, Change, Talent, Capability & Learning
Explain the award and transformation journey
Fix meetings, follow up, negotiate, and close deals
Target Companies
Revenue: 100+ Crore | 100+ Employees
Across 18 sectors including:
IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Hospitals, Education, Retail, BFSI & more
Who Should Apply
Excellent spoken English
Confident communicator and self-starter
Enjoys field visits and corporate interactions
No HR consulting experience required
Freshers and entry-level professionals welcome
Compensation
CTC: Lakh per annum
Incentives: 2%5% of revenue on each sale
Deal value: 115 Lakhs
