Freshers For Field Sales Executive - Parbhani

We are a growing Solar Installation Company looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate leads and promote solar rooftop installation solutions through door-to-door visits. The candidate will interact directly with residential and commercial customers, explain solar benefits, collect enquiries, and update customer data using basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit residential and commercial areas door-to-door to generate solar installation enquiries

* Explain solar rooftop solutions, cost savings, and government subsidy benefits to customers

* Identify customer requirements and collect lead details

* Coordinate with the technical and installation team for site surveys

* Enter and update customer data accurately in computer systems (Excel/CRM)

* Assist customers with basic finance options, EMI details, and documentation

* Follow up with interested customers and close sales

* Maintain daily sales activity and enquiry reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum **12th Pass / Graduate preferred**

* Field sales experience preferred (solar, electrical, real estate, insurance, or similar)

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, data entry)

* Basic understanding of finance / EMI / loan process (training will be provided)

* Good communication and convincing skills in local language & English/Hindi

* Willingness to work in the field and travel locally

* Two-wheeler with valid driving license
