we are looking for a **field sales engineer** to join our team and drive growth by promoting our products and services directly to customers. the role involves combining technical knowledge with strong sales skills to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and achieve sales targets.
**key responsibilities**
* develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* identify business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into sales.
* conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
* provide technical consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
* collaborate with the technical and application team to ensure customer satisfaction.

**requirements**
* bachelor��s degree/diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
* 1 - 3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are welcome).
* strong understanding of cnc machining, cutting tools, or industrial automation is an advantage.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
* proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
