We focus on innovation, customer support, and delivering high-performance solutions that boost efficiency for our clients.**Role Overview**We are looking for a **Field Sales Engineer** to join our team and drive growth by promoting our products and services directly to customers. The role involves combining technical knowledge with strong sales skills to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and achieve sales targets.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.* Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into sales.* Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.* Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.* Collaborate with the technical and application team to ensure customer satisfaction.* Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Regular field visits, customer meetings, and participation in industry events/exhibitions.**Requirements*** Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.* 1 - 3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are welcome).* Strong understanding of CNC machining, cutting tools, or industrial automation is an advantage.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.* Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.**What We Offer*** Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.* Training and development in technical sales and product knowledge.* Opportunities to grow within the company.* Supportive team environment with exposure to latest industry practices.
