we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated field marketing executive to join our marketing team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, executing on-the-ground marketing strategies, and fostering relationships with potential clients and partners through daily visits. this role is a blend of hands-on execution and market analysis, aimed at increasing customer engagement, sales, and brand visibility in the local market.

key responsibilities:

daily marketing visits: conduct daily visits to assigned locations, engaging with clients, prospects, and local stakeholders to promote the company's products/services.

brand promotion: represent the company at local events, trade shows, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.

market research: gather on-the-ground insights about competitors, industry trends, customer preferences, and market conditions.

relationship building: establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

promotional campaign execution: implement and execute marketing campaigns and activations in the field to drive brand engagement and sales.

reporting & feedback: maintain detailed reports of daily activities, customer interactions, and campaign results to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

customer support: address client inquiries, provide service knowledge, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to align field activities with broader marketing goals and strategies.

market segmentation: identify new potential market segments for growth and provide regular updates on opportunities.

sales support: collaborate with the sales team to boost lead generation, sales opportunities, and conversion rates.
