Job Title: Field Incharge GeM Purchase & Delivery Operations
Job Summary:
The Field Incharge will manage end-to-end product procurement and delivery process for orders received through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM Portal). The role includes vendor coordination, quality verification, timely dispatch, and ensuring compliance with buyer ATC and GeM order terms.
Key Responsibilities (GeM Specific):
Purchase Management
Arrange products as per GeM Order & Bid specifications
Verify product make, model, brand, and compliance
Ensure proper documentation as per GeM guidelines
Coordinate for OEM authorization (if required)
Delivery Management
Ensure supply within GeM delivery timeline
Coordinate transport and safe packaging
Arrange installation (if required in bid)
Collect delivery challan & installation report
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain GeM Order copy, Bid number & Invoice
Upload required documents on GeM portal
Coordinate for CRAC generation
Follow-up for payment through GeM
Buyer Coordination
Communicate with government department buyers
Handle ATC compliance and clarification
Resolve delivery or inspection-related issues
