The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations in a retail environment. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Assistance:** Help customers find products they need and provide knowledgeable answers to their questions, enhancing the shopping experience. - **Product Management:** Ensure shelves are stocked and organized, checking product expiration dates to maintain quality and safety for customers. - **Sales and Promotions:** Actively promote current sales and special offers to encourage purchases, which helps boost overall store revenue. - **Checkout Operations:** Operate cash registers efficiently and handle various payment methods to ensure smooth transactions for customers. - **Store Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and aisles, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. - **Inventory Control:** Assist with inventory counting and tracking stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure proper product availability. **Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of 9 to 15 years of experience in a retail environment and a Bachelors degree (B.A.). Monitor individual entrepreneur performance and provide on-ground guidance for lead generation and conversion.Operations: Facilitate training sessions and field demonstrations in coordination with the Training and Marketing teams. Strong understanding of rural markets, community networks, and distribution models. Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage entrepreneurs toward sales performance.
