Drive activation and performance of entrepreneurs in sales and distribution of energy-efficient products. Achieve monthly and cumulative SKU sales targets across assigned geographies. Monitor individual entrepreneur performance and provide on-ground guidance for lead generation and conversion.Operations: Facilitate training sessions and field demonstrations in coordination with the Training and Marketing teams. Strong understanding of rural markets, community networks, and distribution models. Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage entrepreneurs toward sales performance.
