Field Collection Executive :

we are Seeking a Field Collection Executive with Debt Recovery Agent Certification to Recover Outstanding Debts Through Face-to-face Interactions. You'll Represent Our Company, Negotiate Settlements, and Maintain Professionalism.

*responsibilities:*

- Visit Debtors to Collect Outstanding Debts Professionally.

- Maintain Compliance with Debt Collection Laws and Regulations.

- Document Interactions and Negotiations.

- Build Positive Debtor Relationships and Offer Solutions.

- Generate Regular Status Reports for Management.

- Negotiate Settlements and Payment Plans.

- Ensure Professional Conduct At all Times.

*qualifications:*

- Debt Recovery Agent Certification Required.

-ssc, Hsc or Equivalent.

- Preferably Previous Debt Collection Experience.

- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.

- Knowledge of Debt Collection Laws.

- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License.

- Strong Attention to Detail.
