Field Collection Executive : we are Seeking a Field Collection Executive with Debt Recovery Agent Certification to Recover Outstanding Debts Through Face-to-face Interactions. You'll Represent Our Company, Negotiate Settlements, and Maintain Professionalism.*responsibilities:*- Visit Debtors to Collect Outstanding Debts Professionally.- Maintain Compliance with Debt Collection Laws and Regulations.- Document Interactions and Negotiations.- Build Positive Debtor Relationships and Offer Solutions.- Generate Regular Status Reports for Management.- Negotiate Settlements and Payment Plans.- Ensure Professional Conduct At all Times.*qualifications:*- Debt Recovery Agent Certification Required.-ssc, Hsc or Equivalent.- Preferably Previous Debt Collection Experience.- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.- Knowledge of Debt Collection Laws.- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License.- Strong Attention to Detail.*benefits:*- Training and Development.- Supportive Work Environment.
