Field Associate (Male)

- Looking for Field Strength for New Branches set up in various States

Objectives

- Should search the Branch location for rental basis as per given Search Criteria

- Dealing with Landlords for Rental and basic requirement

- Dealing with Infra and IT vendors

- Provide Manpower for the branch by putting posters / searching local Manpower agencies etc.

- Once Branch is Operational Candidate should meet clients (BIC /TSM ) for Branch / BDM related issues

- Assisting CRP Head Office Mumbai for Branch Audits.

- Should be ready to seat entire day in the respective branch for understanding Day to Day Activity and reporting to HR/Admin.

Requirement - Must have own vehicle, Desktop or laptop and Android phone.

- Should have good knowledge of local and English speaking.

- Ready to travel across the district

- Should be good in Negotiation
