We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Service Executive to manage client communication, support business development, and maintain long-term client relationships in the automobile industry. The role involves handling client queries, preparing proposals, managing PDD documentation, and supporting new business opportunities.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole description:1) Assisting Sales Manager and Field Officer to collate the Sales Data from Field BDM 2) Encouraging BDM to Achieve their Monthly Target 3) Responsible for collecting Sales Data from BDM and exceeding targets as assigned periodically4) Drafting the Mails to Field Business Development Manager for their monthly Productivity / Performance , taking reasons of non- disbursement cases 5) Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.6) Ensure all Business Development Manager should give sales report timely basis. Cross verify the BDM leads 7) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes8) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.9) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices, briefing Business Development Managers Do`s and Don`t via training sessions. Desired Candidate Profile1) Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment / Role entails working only in Day shift2) Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently3) Good convincing power and able to give guidance to Business Development Managers4) Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate5) Minimum 0 to 1 year experience

Used commercial Vehicle Commercials Vehicles, Finance Having Experiences in field sales and marketing of Product Auto mobile Worked as sale coordinator with Commercials vehicle dealer and Finance company Should have Local Market reach, good contacts with Local Automobile dealer, need to generate leads and work on reference lead Generate leads & business from broker network and also direct sourcing from the open market to achieve disbursement targets Faster processing of RTO documents and having absolute control over the process Ensuring Post Disbursal Documents (RC, Insurance and related documents) updating

- Looking for Field Strength for New Branches set up in various States - Objectives- Should search the Branch location for rental basis as per given Search Criteria - Dealing with Landlords for Rental and basic requirement- Dealing with Infra and IT vendors- Provide Manpower for the branch by putting posters / searching local Manpower agencies etc. - Once Branch is Operational Candidate should meet clients (BIC /TSM ) for Branch / BDM related issues- Assisting CRP Head Office Mumbai for Branch Audits. - Should be ready to seat entire day in the respective branch for understanding Day to Day Activity and reporting to HR/Admin.Requirement - Must have own vehicle, Desktop or laptop and Android phone. - Should have good knowledge of local and English speaking.- Ready to travel across the district - Should be good in Negotiation
