�� Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed delivery expectations.
�� Manage SAP approvals related to department activities, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Sales Orders.
�� Oversee the ��4M�� aspects of Plant operations �� Man, Machine, Material, and Method.
�� Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards.
�� Ensure production output with zero rejection, zero tolerance for quality defects, and on-time delivery.
�� Allocate resources effectively to maximize asset utilization and productivity.
�� Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions as required.
�� Stay updated with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
