Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed delivery expectations.
- Manage SAP approvals related to department activities, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Sales Orders.
- Oversee the -4M- aspects of Plant operations - Man, Machine, Material, and Method.
- Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure production output with zero rejection, zero tolerance for quality defects, and on-time delivery.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize asset utilization and productivity.
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions as required.
- Stay updated with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
- Ensure strict compliance with plant safety procedures and policies. Behavioral Responsibilities

Experience:
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

- In-depth knowledge of production management techniques
