The incumbent will be responsible for :1. To do different types of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW) both manual and automated. 2. Welding of different materials e.g. SS Alloy, Al Alloy, Ni Alloy, Titanium, Copper, MDN steel, etc. 3. Welding of Di-similar material & critical thin wall component & assemblies, tubings, sheet metal parts etc.4. Require sound technical knowledge with respect to various welding requirements and qualification as per customer specification.

We are seeking a skilled ITI Welder to join our team in Nagpur, India. Responsibilities include welding metal components, reading and interpreting blueprints, maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, an I.T.I. certification, and possess strong welding skills. The role is full-time and requires the candidate to work from the office. The position is open to male candidates only.

Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed delivery expectations. Manage SAP approvals related to department activities, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Sales Orders. Oversee the 4M aspects of Plant operations Man, Machine, Material, and Method. Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards. Ensure production output with zero rejection, zero tolerance for quality defects, and on-time delivery. Allocate resources effectively to maximize asset utilization and productivity. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions as required. Stay updated with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
