Responsibilities:
-Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members
-calendar management for CEO, including agendas, email, phone calls and client management
-Well knowledge in researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives.
-prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors and executives.
Desired candidate:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
-Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
