key responsibilities:
- provide administrative support to the managing partner, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence
- handle personal tasks for the managing partner, such as booking appointments and managing household errands
- ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by the managing partner
- prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using ms office
- maintain accurate records and files
- coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the managing partner

required qualifications and skills:
- experience: 3-5 years as an assistant or secretary to a senior executive, preferably an md. experience as an office coordinator with steady admin experience is also acceptable.
